Chrome window trim covered with gloss black vinyl

Just want to share some recent pictures of the chrome window trim I had covered with gloss black vinyl. It matches the door sills almost perfectly and really changes the overall look of the Jeep.

3m gloss black vinyl. It's easier to make the bend in the back window using a large piece of vinyl instead of the tape.

Looks sharp, any past experience with how well the vinyl will hold up in the winter (snow and ice)?
