Cracked rear drivers side door trim, need help with PN

Hey everyone,

Just came back from good ol Myrtle Beach only to discover that my rear drivers side interior door trim is cracked from the speaker to the edge of the plastic. I am trying to look for a replacement, however I am coming up with 12 different panels per Mopar site for the same door! Can anyone help in determining the correct panel replacement?

Reference site with parts: http://www.moparpartsoverstock.com/s...ssembly=922102

Noticed my drivers side door sticker said ULX9 as trim code, but several parts indicate the X9 portion. Don't have a clue on which would be the correct one I need. On the site reference image, I need part number 1. I figure I can transplant all of the trim attached to the panel over to the replacement in order to reduce cost.

My Jeep is a 2011 Laredo X w/ Blk leather interior. Any help is greatly appreciated

Spot on WK2GP. Thank you. Also, took to dealer to have laundry list of things addressed. If anyone else stumbles on this thread in the future, I got some interesting prices from dealer....

To replace Door panel with PN above - $787.00
To replace seat back of drivers seat - $283.50
Gas tank replacement - TSB - Out of warranty cost of $1396.00
Oil pan replacement - TSB - Possibly within drivetrain warranty, but $1093.00 if not.
Leather seat covers due to leather flaking:
- $659 for driver
- $665 for passsenger
Needless to say, Katzkin will come before I pay these prices
btw, Katzkin premium leather kit - $1400 installed
-Upgraded Katzkin (Tuscany Leather) $2100 installed
