Crossbars for Wk2 With "Bright Side Roof Rails"

I am looking at all the different options for crossbars on my new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. (Crossbars for Wk2 With "Bright Side Roof Rails")

The part number for the Mopar crossbars is: 82212072AC
The image and description leave much to be desired on the Mopar website.
The least expensive I have found these for is $220 not including shipping. I have also seen these for $499. The Mopar MSRP is $276.00.

Thule has several options for cross bars, here's one:
Thule Aeroblade Edge Flush Bars - 7602 (Medium)
Thule 4019 Podium Fit Kit
This configuration is currently $378.86 on Amazon.

I'm leaning towards the Thule. I know my locks will fit and I know they will be well made. Any thoughts?

Re: Crossbars for Wk2 With "Bright Side Roof Rails"

I bought some replicas off of ebay...they were under $150 i believe. Look and fit great.

The Mopar ones seem to be Thule parts with a Mopar sticker on them. I bought them for my '13 and I think they are great. Same lock mechanism and everything.

I've been using the aeroblades for a year now and they are very good, nothing bad to say about it! I was lucky enough that the jeep uses the sabe bar size as my old kia sportage so I can keep using the aeroblades, only needed a new foot kit for $45
