decent nerf bars?

My 8 & 10 year olds have a hell of a time gettin in the jeep. It's just at a weird level for them to hop up in. So I was gonna get some nerf bars for it. I like the way they look, and I won't have muddy shoe prints and the trim anymore. Im not payin the insane dealer price so was lookin for a cheap set. Anyone have any brands to avoid? Probably gonna go stainless and seen a few 3 inch on eBay from 155-200. But none have pics. Just wondered what luck you guys have had with a cheaper aftermarket set. Plus I need cheaper ones cuz if I get them....I'll have to get some for the wife's Durango to.

Re: decent nerf bars?

I'd avoid the generic ebay cheapies. Check Autoanything for the major brands. Most stainless have lifetime warranty. However, with stainless bars, the brackets and mounting bolts will still rust (they aren't stainless). The Mopar bars are very sturdy, are good for kids, but worthless for adults. If the step pad would at least be as wide as the bar, they would be so much better. I have them.
