Diesel w/ SRT Hood! Help requested....

So I'm attempting to swap the hoods and now the coolant overflow bottle is stopping my progress.

Would an SRT overlow help?

I only ask because, I have no idea what I would need since the caps differ from radiator cap and flip top...

The srt overflow bottle is pretty much to the right of the passenger headlight and below the upper frame rail.

Update***

Different cooling system, so swapping the reservoirs isn't an option.

Possible solution is I'll attempt to fab a bracket to drop existing reservoir to clear hood.

Re: Diesel w/ SRT Hood! Help requested....

So after shifting the overflow bottle every-way possible with the limited space, the solution was the creation of a 1.5" tab to allow the overflow bottle to rotate and remain at the stock height. Enjoy the pictures below, subject to your questions.

Thank you all for the compliments. As far as pictures, other than the hood and tint she is a bone stock 14' JGC Summit Diesel. More to come with wheel spacers...

If you get the hood, vents and srt insulation...your looking at 1300....plus paint...about 400.

Damn. I'm too deep on mine to even think about dropping anymore or my wife would kill me. Looks great though. Hood is just sick..

Just block out mentally how much you have spent!

I love the SRT hoods, but I am a little biased of course. Especially in white -- love your Jeep!
