Door Sill Plates to match CF Wrapped Trim

So I got looking at the door sill plates and decided they didn't quite fit with the rest of my interior. Here's what I came up with... pics don't really do the mod justice but in person they look real sharp.

First I wrapped the whole insert but it was too dull so I trimmed along the contour line to leave the metal "Jeep" logo showing.

Looks excellent - well done. Hopefully the vinyl holds up underfoot.

Re: Door Sill Plates to match CF Wrapped Trim

Thanks guys... Yea the wear was my only concern but its such an easy job that I can redo it in no time. As long as I get 6mo out of it i'll be happy.

Nice work again! I have to say it again, I'd think about doing the window button trim.

I've considered it but think it might be just a little too much. Also since it's an area that constantly gets pressed and scratched at with finger nails it probably wouldn't last all that long.
