Re: Eagle Eye Headlights

Do you have any pics of these lights on at night? Does the eagle eye work as a DRL? Or only when the low beams are installed?

Re: Eagle Eye Headlights

The LED strip is connected to the parking lamps, unless you rewire it.

My main gripe with these lights, and maybe I'm an isolated case, is the high beams being aligned at the same level as the low beams. This basically makes my high beams worthless unless I disassemble the lamps and offset them, since they aren't adjusted independently.

He asked about a 13'. I asked about a 14'. Please read.

A simple yes or no would have have taken less time than your unhelpful smart ass response.

Re: Eagle Eye Headlights

I'm sorry, I know I could have been more helpful. I was answering sidebox's request for a link to a headlamp that can be used on a 2013.

The ones I linked are marketed for the compass, which shares its headlight design with the 11,12, and 13 model year JGC's. It is a perfect fit for the 2011-2013's, aesthetically speaking.

They will not fit a 14 or higher, however, and we have it easier with the Eagle Eyes headlamps being mostly plug and play.

Members have been using the Eagle Eyes with success on their 2014-2016's that came with factory halogen assemblies.

Sorry posted the wrong picture..
Are these the same headlights? I notice eBay and Amazon uses both of these pictures and prices are usually cheaper on the white photo...ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1460900792.231842.jpgImageUploadedByJeepGarage1460900802.301710.jpg

I'm curious about the headlights for 2013 but I hear the wiring harness or plugs are different since the ones for the Compass are HIDs with different connectors. I would be needing wire adapters if they exist. Do you know anything about this?

Thanks

That was more than helpful. Thank you.

I just really like the look of the compass lights. I have tossed around the idea of retrofitting my own headlamps, which I have done before. But it was such a PITA I'd rather not attempt it again.
