"F" Folder in my RHR HDD

I bought a use 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with an RHR entertainment system in it. I am trying to manage my HDD and discovered the previous owner/dealer did not delete all his music off the drive. Some I like. Some I don't. With that being said I'm trying to clean up. There are about 45 folders that start with "f" ie. f01, f2,9 f45, etc. some have music in them some don't. All all of them have audio files that look like radio stations 100.1, 93.1, 95.5. They just have weird beeping noises as tones. Some of the other folders have names like itrip.

Can I clean this thing out or are some of these system files?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
