Floor Mats

Joined today as have a question about floor mats for 2012 Jeep Overland.
We have saddle interior with black floor mats. Trying to locate some saddle colored floor mats as the black is very hard to keep clean at our place. Any suggestions.

Re: Floor Mats

Try Rugged Ridge. Shop around for best price. I got mine from 4wheel parts. They had a 10% off sale with free shipping. They come in tan.

Weathertech mats are cheaper through amazon and wheel parts then from their website. Weathertech was about $70 more.

Re: Floor Mats

Go with either WeatherTech Floor Liners or Husky Floor Liners. You truly cannot beat them in terms of fit and finish.

agree, I have the summit interior and I got the weathertech black mats. These fit great and when they do get dirty you just hose them off......but mine never get dirty, my Jeep is a street queen.

Re: Floor Mats

Those are hard plastic winter mats and nice, I have the Weather Tecs in beige, but maybe they're looking for carpet mats?

Re: Floor Mats

I always had carpet mats until my 07 Expedition came with the soft rubber mats. They do show dirt but can be taken out, scrubbed with Simple Green, water and a coarse brush, then dry in under an hour in the sun. Dry "summer" grit can be vacuumed out even easier. Now I'll never have a vehicle without them. They are what I call "rugged luxury".

My Overland has the Saddle Black interior and I ordered the soft rubber Mopar mats. They are a very dark grey, basically black and match the interior well. They were about $85 on line including the rear passenger compartment that goes over the center hump. They match the rear cargo mat that came with my vehicle.

Here they are, on sale: http://www.allthingsjeep.com/mopar-j...2212172ac.html

I couldn't find rubber mats for my son's Exploder so I got him the Weathertech mats that are laser fitted. They are slippery, tend to move around and just not as nice as soft rubber.

Re: Floor Mats

I went with the OEM Mopar rubbers mats front/rear/cargo and leave them in year round. They look nice and keep the carpet un-touched. IMMO a saddle colored floor mat would look pretty awkward.

Re: Floor Mats

I would go with the Lloyd Ultimats if you are looking for a high quality custom floor mat that is available in a "Saddle" Color. Llloyd Mats are also licensed to use the "Jeep" logo so you can add on licensed Jeep logos to make your mats look OEM.
Here is an example of their "saddle" colour:
