Yeah, I'll give it a go. I posted much earlier about my dismal experience with cheapie LEDs but I'm willing to give these a go.

I wish they wouldn't put LEDs on the ends. It's a waste. Ideally all the light should hit the reflector first. The reflector does all the work in shaping and focussing the beam. The LEDs on the ends could cause glare to oncoming traffic or back glare to oneself when driving in fog. XenonDepot please note.

Just tried the led fogs and gotta say, there is hardly any additional lighting benefit on the road. IME, the stock bulbs were much more functional even if more yellow than rhe headlamps. I'll post photo comparisons against a wall later.

Re: fog led

Try this, when driving at night look at any street sign and turn the lights on and off.

I did this, the LED fogs just spray light everywhere. You can see this if you pull up to a wall in a dark garage. A big circle of light that is projected by that forward facing LED. They definitely look nice and bright from the front, but that can be achieved with inexpensive LED bulbs off ebay for a fraction of the cost.

I may just upgrade to the Sylvania CBI D1S headlight bulbs for a few extra lumens.

Did you ever take a picture of the tab that needs trimming?
