Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

does anyone know anywhere to pick up fog lights that will match the hid xenon headlights on the jeep...I want the fog lamps to have the same "white" or "cool" light look the the headlights do...I hate that they have a soft "warm" color look to them when turned on compared to the headlights...anyone know how to match them up?

You want to go with the Color Temp. 4300k or 5000k. 4300k looks like what the Mercedes/BMW Lights look likeand has the mostlight output. 5000k is pure white with a hint of Purple. I have them in my Jeep.

Re: Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

U also got to remember that the fog housing is a lot smaller so the color might look a tab bit different due to the reflection

But as stated above 4300k is what u are lookin for

V-LEDs.com has led bulbs for the fogs. You might give those a glance.

Re: Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

If they make the right size for the fogs, I would go with Xenesis. I've seen these in person and they are spot on for the 4300k color band (stock xenon headlights)

Ok so 2504 is the harness. Some bulbs need modding to fit. But its a very popular question as you will see in the link.

Re: Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

I was actually looking into this as well. What I was thinking of doing is to retrofit real HID projectors into the fog lights. This might require a bit more work than replacing bulbs but in the end you will have the closest match as far as color and look, as well you will have superior light output.

You can buy a complete kit with harness/bulbs/projectors/ballasts. The projectors are totally sealed and can be used on their own.

Re: Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

Was at the dealership yesterday noticed that the compass has them OEM. ODD......anyway they look just like the head lights. The compass had them for fogs but had regular headlights. You might be able to use those.

Re: Fog lights to match my xenon headlights

Im having the same problem trying to find the Xenon Cool blue Halogen bulbs for the fog lamps but nobody seems to have the 2504 bulbs. I have a lease vehicle so Im not looking to spend the extra money for the HID converter kid for both headlamps and fogs, so it seems that trying to find an LED would be the only way to go at this point.
