Re: Fog replacement in Canada

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz:sl eepy: still waiting for mine....KB truly do not want to move on any other option for me. they want to wait it out...1 month total....great customer service! So, anyone bought these same Fog LED's anywhere else? I feel that I will need an alternative, I will NOT buy there again and when they " confirm" that they are lost, I will ask for refund...

That is just WRONG! If anyone from KB Carstuff is listening, you need to do the right thing and send this guy a new set of bulbs IMMEDIATELY!! Stop hiding behind Canada Post and send a replacement! For the sake of $40 you are going to alienate him & hundreds of other buyers on this Forum? Not very good business practice, IMHO!!
Morax, you can find a good selection of H11 bulbs here:

I have also used IJDMTOY and if you email them they will offer you discount codes if you ask!

Either way both sites charge in U.S dollars.

Well said Hemi, and to show those idiots you mean what you say you should book a flight and tell them to their face.

What do you think Morax?

But seriously.. Hemi is on point. Those morons are screwing around over $40. Some companies just don't get it.

Tell them that you've been posting on this forum. Nothing but facts mind you. And that they're loosing customers because of it.

If it make you feel any better I changed mine tonight. And in all honesty ... yeah it's a different light and matches the headlights, but it's not really one of those .. yeah cool moments. They match now.. okay good.

I drilled out the center of my plastic holders and they popped out easy pesy.

I picked up my plastic rivet tool from Princess Auto for $17. Worked great.

Thanks to Hemi for the tips. It took me 30 minutes to do both.

Hope yours arrive safe and sound.

Re: Fog replacement in Canada

Well thanks for the moral support! but, you know what guys, I'm just very disappointed in KB's customer's service...Bottom line it's their lost, even if I tell them that I am posting on forums and letting others know what I am facing with them...what will it change? Nada.... It's simple, if I don't get the parts by the 19th, for sure I will ask for total credit....and not order from them ever again.... If I am ever asked about this company, well I will have a story to tell...like you said it's $40 bucks and its not the $$ value, it's more like...''sh_t !!! I want my new LED's...I just don't get why they could not send a new kit and charge me for it....then credit when I return the original, if I ever get it...or something within those lines...Must of been to complicated for their logistics...So from now on, I'll pay a bit more and I'll buy from real online companies...AMAZON.

Morax, I am going to give their office @ KB Carstuff a call, today. This is no way to treat a customer! We can take our business elsewhere if this is how they they want to roll!

I have received a Canada post stick-it this at my door! Maybe it is my LED's, I will drive to the post office this after noon and see...it says a letter, so maybe it's something else, new credit card or some crap liker that, but hey never know! Keep you posted...thanks for the wanting to push a call! Funny, I was going to pull the trigger on a set at Amazon today...

Morax, Let's hope so . . . I called KB Carstuff today to voice my displeasure of how they handled your purchase. Let's see if Steve or one of the KB Carstuff staff put in an apology here.
