Lol... Nah that black out non sense is god awful ... Let's take a nice car and black it out so as to make it indistinguishable and bland.
On the other hand a cheap Laredo or limited actually looks good all blacked out. Go figure... I'm weird. I'm with the OP ... I would be puzzled at such weird factory mods.

Re: Front Fascia - '15 Summit

I think it looks great! It's a tasteful combination of black out and chrome. The best balance in my book!

As opposed to the factory opinion of "this car is super luxury, so we'll chrome all the things so everyone knows how super luxury it is!!"

I'm not referring to the Jgc in particular ... Any complete blackout is puzzling to me. On the flip side a partial blackout looks good on certain cars.
And if you don't like chrome everywhere ... Get the California edition... Understated satin everywhere ...
Btw what's wrong with a little luxury?? Some people enjoy that sort of thing ... Just sayin.
What's wrong with an all blackout look?? Some people enjoy that sort of thing
Just beating you to the punch.

Thanks! Can't take any credit as this was done by the previous owner, but I have to say that I liked the front end on this car better than any other summit when I was looking around. And, at that time I didn't even know this wasn't a factory option.

After a little more thought, I do like the chrome accents that are still on the car. So I think the only things I would change would be the wheels possibly ... And even then I would not get them totally "black" - the black chrome SRT wheels are looking better to me, although I don't want to spend the money (and am reluctant to by replicas). So probably won't do anything .

Re: Front Fascia - '15 Summit

The 20x9 OEM replica spider monkeys 34+ offset would look perfect now that your summit is all blacked out . I think it's hyper silver . Or the Goliath OEM replica wheels . Here's the link http://www.streetdreams.org/wheel/ri...l/all/all/ASC/. Do you think you could post a video or more pics ? I have a 2014 summit myself and have been contemplating doing this but I need to see more . Thanks

Sure - I will post more pictures in the next day or so. Since my iphone is not taking the best pictures (can't see much detail), I will take some with my SLR so hopefully will turn out a little better.

One more . . . I honestly don't know whether the front "Deep Tint" windows are actually legal in NJ. They are not actually quite as dark as the second row windows, but are pretty dark.
