Re: Front Window Tint- Am I being to picky?

Your tinter did a crap job. The curve in the tint should be unseen, under the window trim. The curved cut is used to keep the tint from curling, so that is normal. Basically your tinter failed to either get the window trim out of the way or remove the door trim panel, to get the tint on properly.

Its cut on the outside of the window, both were done at the same time. I assume he should have left it a hair longer and then it would be hidden?

Yes. And final fit and trim is done with the tint on the inside. The rubber window trim needs to be taped back or the door trim removed to make room for proper fitment. Also, if the tinter is good, he/she should be able to get the tint behind the trim with the proper tool.
