Gloss black interior trim

So I had some gloss black vinyl left over from my front grill project. Figured since I'm not a huge fan of my silver interior trim I would see how it looked gloss black.

I'm still working on it but wow dose it make an incredible difference. In my opinion it should have came that way from the factory.

If I can figure out how to upload pictures I will share them with everyone as I progress further.

Our silver looks MUCH better than the bronze that most come with. black does look good too I'm interested in seeing a finished product. I think a CF would look pretty insane too

I think carbon fiber would look good but it's not my style. I am going to try and get it all finished tonight or tomorrow. I'll update as I go along. Thanks for the positive feedback !!

I love the silver in my Altitude way better than the rose/bronze in my '14, but that black looks really good so far.

You're talking about a color which is 100% personal preference. On my 2014 Summit I had the Grand Canyon brown interior which obviously had the bronzish interior trim and it looked amazing!! I now have a 2015 High Altitude which obviously is black with silver trim. It looks good, but the Summit for sure felt fancier and more luxurious. I liked that the bronze (which BTW isn't like in your face bronze, it was just a slightly different shade than the brighter trim) isn't as bright as the regular trim. In short, even though I like all the available interior colors, the brighter trim looks cheaper.

Re: Gloss black interior trim

Looks good, I like the brushed aluminum look too. I might try and get that done, but in a silver color. I have the Summit with the bronzish trim. Overall it doesn't bother me, but there are some spots in it that flaked away. So this might be a great way to cover it up.

Re: Gloss black interior trim

Thank neilboy that dose look pretty good, but I choose the gloss black due to all of the exterior trim being gloss black. I was going to do the chrome trim on the inside some sort of accent color but after thinking about it too many colors would take away from the overall appearance.
