Did you have a manual or maybe a video....or did you just start removing bolts/screws/clips til it came off.

I want to do this to my newly purchased summit before I get any miles/wear on it. If there is a tutorial or anything I'd sure love to see it.

Thanks! And Merry Christmas!

I wish I had something like that for you, but I didn't make any tutorials or videos.
There were a couple resources I used even though they didn't apply directly to the Summit model which is different from base models shown in the video. Here is a vid that shows the removal of the front bumper on a Laredo:

The job is fairly easy, but what makes it difficult on the Summit is the way the flares are attached and they are in the way of getting the bumper off. You also risk the issue of causing separation of the flares as the top portion is adhered on with tape. Mine did a little, but I was able to get some more double sided tape in and they are holding nicely. I don't want to scare you by any means as its really not a bad job, but just want you to be aware. Once the bumpers are off there are a lot of twist clips and screws, but its straight forward and the skirts come right off. The side skirts are simple removal just cut the rivets off and remove a couple 10mm bolts and your done.

Merry Christmas
