Then stick your hand up through the whole and find the fog light. Unplug the fog light. Pinch the clips together and pull the light straight back. The hard part is putting the light back in. You are going to have to look up through the bottom to see how the slots line up. Push the light in until it clicks. Plug the light back in. Finished. I don't like this bulb because it is too blue compared to the headlights. I should have used a yellow bulb http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NOKYA...item33680eb5ed but I wanted the whole front end to be silver, chrome and clear. If i get the energy I might switch it later. Hope this helps. Will add pictures later.
good job wade...

please do post some pics, morning and night shots would be great so we can have an idea how the lights will look like...

Re: Halogen fog light replacement

Thanks XenonDepot.

One final question, are DRLs available for the new Grand Cherokee in Night White? And if so, what is the fitment for the Daytime Running Lights (DRLs)? Also, are LEDs an available option for the DRLs?

Thanks!

Hey,

Unfortunately not. We have had JG members install the Putco 3157 Nova LED bulbs for DRL.

That's even better. Thanks. I might have to wait until spring for the bulbs to save up cash. I will be getting Weather Tec digital fit mats soon most likely though since Winter is almost here. I need to decide on the best color mats for the the dark frost beige / light frost beige interior. I will save this thread on my computer so I have these numbers whenever I do get around to getting the bulbs though. Sounds like a good mod.

Re: Halogen fog light replacement

No problem bud! Good choice on the WeatherTech Liners for winter protection.

I'd argue that a brighter light doesn't do you any good. One Dr. agrees with me, and the other with you.

Re: Halogen fog light replacement

You shouldn't have to take the bumper off, but if you do it's not that hard to do.
