Yes, there is an adjustment screw at the top of the housing a few inches down.

How horrible Jeep service is. The bulb was no sitting correctly when they replaced the headlight due to condensation. Not to mention they damaged my bumper.

i saw the screw . but how can i upper the cut off ? do i need to just spin the screw or it needs to be adjusted manually ?

When you turn the screw it will move the cutoff up or down, depending which way you turn it.

Find a wall to test it. Park 7.6m/25 feet back and turn the screw. You may need to cover the alternate headlight to better view the light you are adjusting. Do not adjust too high or you will p*ss off other drivers.
