Headlight Options for 11' Grand Cherokee

Hey guys,

So I would like to find some different headlight options for the wk2. I found some sweet halo headlights but those were for the earlier years. Are there any options currently for the 2011 GC? I know mopar has the headlights that are blacked out inside- which I may end up getting, but I was curious to know if there is such a thing as halogens for the 11 as well?

Thanks in advance..

Re: Headlight Options for 11' Grand Cherokee

Headlight option for 2011-2013 are non existent:

Halogen OEM: Stock laredo (all chrome bezel)
Altitude/Trailhawk (gloss black bezel)

Bi-xenon OEM: Limited, Overland/Summit (all chrome bezel)
SRT (gloss black bezel)
If you truck is OEM halogen you can use plug and play adapters to instal these headlight for an OEM style upgrade.

Like the poster above pointed out you can also install the 2014 Model headlights if you use a plug and play adapter harness.

There are currently no aftermarket custom headlights sold for the 2011-2013 Wk2

Oracle makes some LED halos that you can have installed but a professional if you really want halos. I would suggest buying a set of aftermarket "TYCO" headlights for this mod since these are sealed with ordinary butyl sealant instead of permaseal which is a pain in the butt to remove the lenses from.

Even though there are not much options you have a free pallet if you enlist the services of a custom headlight firm with custom colors and accessories like LED light strips and halos and projectors.

Okay thats what I thought (about the lack of halogens and options for the 11-13 wk2). My buddy just put some Recon headlights in his truck, and he said that they look pretty good and they are only like 40-50$. Any experience or usage with these? Have you heard anything negative about them?

Also, the wk2 is an H11, correct?
