As far as I understand it, yes. Try taking a single sheet of paper and putting it on the seat with the ventilation on. Does it start fluttering/floating or does it get suctioned onto the seat?

The paper certainly doesn't flutter when I tried this on my seats.

Ah didn't know that's how the Jeep seats work. The Altitude's aren't ventilated. I've had a couple of vehicles before the blew air through the seat surface. In that case, yeah I wouldn't run them until it's dry.
