Grab a full set of the black gorilla lug nuts for your wheels and you will be dialed in! Love how my wheels and window trim now match and I have a white altitude as well.

Yeah I hate you now. I need to sell some things before I get this done.
Did you wait while they worked on it or drop it off?
If you waited ...how long?

Yeah I waited. They told me 2 hours but ended up taking 2.5. It's fine I had a little free time and the time went by pretty quick. The place was busy as well so they had their work cut out. The place is in an industrial area so there is no walking anywhere to shop or get food. They have a waiting area with four or five chairs.

I really like the Trivalent black chrome on the HA and definitely wont be covering that up. I have said this before, but I'm still sticking to the fact that I think the Trivalent chrome adds a touch of class to the HA, but by wrapping the window trim I just eliminated one additional finish that I think clashes and that was the bright chrome window trim. Before that the HA had gloss black, black chrome, and chrome. I'm very happy with the exterior now.

I've thought about getting rid of the trivalent chrome, but I agree it does add a nice and different touch. All my Jeeps have been black wheels and whatever color the Jeep was. This might be a nice and different change to have a small amount of chrome.

Re: High Altitude chrome window trim wrapped.

I just went to get a quote on the trivalent chrome and chrome around the window. The guy wasn't there but I think I have decided I am just going with the window chrome. The trivalent chrome adds a little distinction.

Yeah I think that's a good choice, and ofcourse down the road if you change your mind it can always be done.
I am absolutely thrilled right now with the exterior of my HA and its pretty much setup exactly how I like....which isnt all that far from stock. Goes to show how nice of a job they did on this Jeep, IMO anyway.

Re: High Altitude chrome window trim wrapped.

I'm wondering how that wrap will hold up in the Midwest during its winters and varying temperatures.

I dunno, we shall see. Based on other threads guys say it holds up well through all seasons and car washes. I'm sure it depends heavily on the quality of the installation as well.

Re: High Altitude chrome window trim wrapped.

Before trading in the Limited, I had the window trim wrapped and it held up for ~8 months with no issue. That was with the Texas summer as well.
