husky mud guards on 2014?

Has anybody installed or have pictures of a 2014 with the husky mud guards? Curious to see if they look and fit better than the Jeep branded ones.

Go with the Weathertech mats, they fit great. Alot of people (including myself) have them.

What about some rallye style flaps?

Re: husky mud guards on 2014?

Rally style being the flat, flexible kind, like a rubber mat? Would have to see pictures. I know what the official Jeep ones look like and agree with many others that they seem to hang too low in the front (trimming is one option) and that they're very squared off at the rear and kind of poke out. The Husky's seem to be a bit more rounded off and might give a cleaner look. Let's see if the link works:

Husky Liners® - Floor Liners | Floor Mats | Car Floor Mats | Cargo Liners | Mud Flaps | Huskyliners.com

I imagine somebody's installed these by now.

Hands down the new Husky X act fit mats are better than the weathertechs. I ordered all 3. Started with the weathertechs - sent them back - too much like plastic. Got the husky weather beaters -sent them back - same thing - cheap plastic. Got the Husky X act fit - these are awesome. Actual rubber mats that fit just like the weathertechs, but are non slip, and much higher quality material. Have not tried the mud flaps, but am interested in what people think.

So wait, you say they fit better but fit just like the weathertechs? I'm not saying the Husky X act fit are bad, they just didn't have them out when alot of us bought the weathertech liners. I do have all 3 liners in my jeep with no issues. The back liner is more flexible rubber than the other ones that are a harder molded plastic. I would say either of them will do the job you want them to do. Husky does make weathertech btw..

Again, talking about mud guards/flaps, not floor mats...

Thanks for the input and willingness to help, but the original question is about the guards/flaps on the exterior of the vehicle, not floor mats. Any input/photos on the husky mud flaps or an alternative would be awesome. If the local truck accessory place by me has some then I'll try to swing by and take some pics. What I'm trying to avoid is ordering something just to find out they look worse than the Jeep branded ones.

Read the post more carefully. I said they have the exact same fit, but are a higher quality material.
Husky makes 2 (or more) kinds - the weather beaters and the x act fits. Weathertech is it's own company. The Husky weather beaters and the Weathertechs are essentially the same. The x act fit have the exact same fit, but are rubber instead of plastic, therefore, they are non slip.

Sweet lord. This is painful.

Shannon and SnoFire, read the damn OP question and take your mat conversation to the floor mat discussions.

I had a great morning and day actually.

But it just hurts to read more about your guys' floor mat input when this whole thread is concerning mud guards.

Talk about "reading the post more carefully."
