I too installed the full skid set a few weeks ago. Everything went in very easy. I had my tank really low (under 1/8) when I did the skid install, and there was very little weight to support in the tanks. I started with them supported by a jack, but in lowering the jack, they held themselves up with only a couple inches of sag, and didn't seem like they were unreasonably weighting anything. Used the jack (and my knees) to push the skid and tank into place, and everything bolted easily.
The attached pic shows the 5 pieces you get with the 3 SKU numbers referenced throughout this thread (2 skids in the fuel tank SKU, 2 skids in the transfer case SKU which look like an L when together like the photo).
They've held up well for the few times I've had them on rocks so far, but as others have stated, I really wish there was a better/stronger solution to the plastic "missing-link" skid over the transmission.
