Issues with Aftermarket lower front bumper insert

So I installed an aftermarket lower black fascia on my overland yesterday and it seems a little too short compared to how the stock chrome piece fit. Has anyone out there that has replaced the chrome fascia with a black one had similar issues? There is about a 1/4" gap on each side.ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1472507033.880476.jpg

Re: Issues with Aftermarket lower front bumper insert

Does anyone have any experience with these aftermarket bumper inserts?

I bought the piece from a fellow member and am not sure if the processing it went through ended up shrinking the plastic piece at all.

This was the description from the seller:

Replacement Bumper Grille - REPJ015305 - Non Textured Gloss Black, Center

Note: These pieces have absolutely no scratches or chips as they were never installed on my Jeep. I purchased an extra bumper and had it painted by a high-end local shop. The shop sand blasted it, applied special adhesive and special flexible paint as well as several layers of clear coat so it will hold up well against chipping.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated guys.
