Thanks for the flowers to Germany
, but as I did some research in preparation of bringing my GC back home I have to disappoint you.
Most of the stuff is available in the US as well for a more reasonable price as well. Only things I didn't find are the Daylight running lights (page 5), but they are around 500€ (800$), some wheels (but you have a bigger selection in the US), the cargo protection (but canvas liner is similiar but cheaper) and the front parking assistance.
On the other hand, you get the front tow hooks here and the skid plates for a very good price.
The hitches are fulfilling the federal laws, that's why they stick out that much. Most people don't like a 'farmer's hook' as it is commonly named, therefore you have a manual removable one (middle picture) and a electrical foldable one (right picture).
You can use the parts number without the (K) and search the Internet for the parts. E.g. the tailgate bottom trim is $54 at Factory Mopar Parts.
I hope that helped and brought back the confidence in the US catalog. Being a German I am just jealous on your variety (and the pricing) of accessories. Great vehicle also, love my Jeep!
