Amazon also sells a harness that is wireless. The transponder stays in the engine bay and you have a key fob to turn it on. It's only 16 bucks and worth every penny.

Everything is a really tight fit in there. Could get a single row a little higher up but the top of my 20 or 22" double row is touching the horns.

Still haven't found a spot for a switch I like, or a route to run the wires from the light bar, relay, to the switch... might just do the wireless option but i like the switch better.
Go the wireless route and save the aggregation. Simple and painless

Re: LED Light Bar Build Thread - Pic Heavy

I decided it was time to do a discreet install of spot lights. The HIDs are great for close range but lack depth for highway driving. The lightbars seem to contain many flood beams which are useless when mounted behind the grill. My solution was to mount 4 x 4" 30W spot LEDs. They were mounted high to align with the factory light and provide maximum distance. It was tricky doing clearance measurements because there is not a lot of room up high inside the facia. I did need to relocate/rewire the horns onto the mounting bar used for the lights. The end result was perfect.

Re: LED Light Bar Build Thread - Pic Heavy

I sell spot, flood, and combo light bars and the one I have for my WK is a spot for higher-speed driving.

However, I really like the four individual lights as well. Nice work!

Re: LED Light Bar Build Thread - Pic Heavy

The two centre ones had to mount further forward to clear to radiator support brackets. Lucky there was just enough room in the centre part of the grill. 4 lights were used as LEDs dont have the distance that HIDs driving lights can provide.

Loving the look of this. You did an incredible job. Do you have any photos of the set up during the day time? Meaning what it looks like with the hood closed and all the parts back together. Also, about how much would you say this entire set up cost?
