LED Wiring Harness & Terminal Relays

For those who have run independent wiring for LED lighting, how have you gone about doing so?

I have two LED spot lights I want to power. I used to use my fog connection and just crimped H11 harnesses to them and used my fog button. I bought the SRT LED fogs and now I need to run separate wiring for the LED lights. All of the harnesses call for running wiring to the battery, but the WK2 battery is under the passenger seat.

Would the terminal relays in the engine bay provide current to power?

I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!

Wow that is really helpful. so that power distribution post is inside the fuse box? And from what it looks like you just used the negative jump relay post as the ground?

How did you wire your on/off switch? Back to the battery? Or to the switch panel? I'm trying to figure out where the switch panel is.

Correct. The negative was wired under the jump post using an eye terminal.

My lights were for high beam purposes and the relay was wired directly to the high beam driver. See this thread:

Sweet. I'm only trying to power two spot lights to go on independently with a switch inside the vehicle next to the buttons on the bottom left hand side by the other light controls.
