Lift Kit for 15 JGC Altitude

Hey guys. I have a 15 JGC Altitude and want to put a lift kit on it. I am aware of which ones are out there just trying to decide what to get. I was going to go with the 2" OME lift. Does anyone know if you need any extensions with this lift? Will the 2" OME lift cause problems down the road due to the fact that it will no longer be factory height. I know this isnt a very large lift but just wanted to make sure extra entensions werent needed bc the OME lift just comes with struts/shocks and coil springs.

Expect bushing and cv joints etc to be needing replacement every 30,000 miles or so same as the rro lift. No other parts are needed.
