Memory Seat Settings

Has anyone else had an issue with the memory seat function. I have read the section in the manual that pertains to setting the memory for the seat at least 10 times and followed the instructions precisely (not that it's hard to do) and my car says saving memory settings for position 1 but if I move the seat after and hit the 1 button it doesn't return to the saved setting. Also, I have tried setting it to the key fob, again following the directions in the manual but that doesn't work either. Is there something I am missing or could something be faulty?

Re: Memory Seat Settings

Basically, pretty straight forward, just tried it again, Unlock doors, set as desired, then press "S" then press and hold number desired for 2 seconds, and confirmation msg shows up. I had no issues recalling drivers settings just now...

maybe you can find some good info on this thread:

You could also unplug the batt for 30 mins or so, and try re-setting after...if all fails...let us know.

I followed the link you posted. After reading through the thread, I moved the seat all the way forward and all the way back and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks!
