I need the slush mats for my 2013 Altitude. The passanger side of my Jeep has Two (2) hooks for the floor mat. The 2011 and 2012 models only have one hook. Does anyone have any ideas, or model numbers, maybe the trailhawk comes with this type of mat? Thank you.
Here's the link on ebay. This is actually a dealer out of Ohio. I just bought a set for my wife's Jeep. It's a '13 so the passenger side has the two hooks but the mats fit and look awesome. I priced the whole set out at my dealer and it was over $200.
So you bought the mats for the 12 model year and just don't mind the fit is that correct?
KWMEO did you ever find a place to purchase the mats for a '13? Not particularly interested in cutting up mats for the previous model years and just dealing with it.
No, never found the Mats and just left the dealer asking if they have them yet? They do not. I was thinking of just replacing the two hooks that are on the passenger side floor to just the one center location to match the hole in the Mat.
should've had the dealer give those to you for free or min. at cost? never hurts to still ask the salesman and tell them you'll give them good scores on the survey - that always gets their attention.
fields jeep who is a sponsor here really took care of me.
I have a 2013 Larado... I purchased the Mopar mats off of eBay... I just removed the two retaining hooks on the passenger side and put them in the glove box. The mats are really heavy and have little rubber points on the underside to keep them from moving around. Works great so far, and no cutting either the mats or the carpet.
I've been looking and still haven't found the 2013 mopar slush mats for my JGC Overland. Its ridiculous that they are not yet available as of Jan 2013. Come on Mopar, get it together. Its the middle of winter, slush mats are a necessity, and thousands of new jeep owners are as frustrated as I am. I think all jeeps should come with slush mats, standard.
I went ahead and go the MOPAR ones for my 2013. I pulled the clips from the passenger side. The mats are heavy-ish and molded, so that one isn't going anywhere, regardless of the clips.
By everything I've read online, my Trailhawk was supposed to come with them, but didn't. I think not having ones for the 2013 is why.
I ran into the same issue on my 2013. I called 5 dealers in the Boston area with no luck. I finally called the 6th dealer and they had the all weather floor mats for the 2013 GC, yes, with two holes for the front passenger mat. I drove the 30 miles each way to pick them up and was pleasantly surprised they were in fact for the 2013. The gentleman in parts knew exactly the issue and told me how he was the only one in greater Boston with them. The name of the dealer is Quirk Jeep in Braintree, MA.
Ordered my Mopar slush mats from the same Quirk dealer. They are for the 2013. Fit well. The only issue is the new rubber smell overtakes the new car smell. I will be testing them out this weekend in the mountains while my kids snowboard.
2013 slush mats are available for order, with the 2 holes on the passenger side. My girlfriend called some dealers in the Detroit/Ann Arbor area earlier this week, one of them advised against the 2011-12 mats but said they would call around to see if the 2013 could be ordered. She got a call the next day saying the mats were ordered, and just picked them up for me earlier today.
Its about time. 6 months after the 2013's were for sale. My local dealer (and many others) finally got the 2013 slush mats and I ended up ordering some off ebay for much less $$.
