Mounting the Hi-Lift Jack: Yes or No

Purchasing a Hi-Lift jack for peace of mind, and while I could easily toss it in the back whenever trailing, I'm considering mounting it to my roof rack. See below for rendered image. Any thoughts on the visual here? Yes, no?

On another note - if you're considering a mod/addition and would like to see how it looks before purchasing, let me know and I can draft something in photoshop (free of charge of course).

I think it looks good. Wouldn't necessarily drive around with it all the time but certainly a functional placement when hitting the trails.

Roof rack is usually the best place to mount the Hi-Lift jack (of course with a lock to prevent it from walking away).

On the GC I would say it's the only place to mount one.
