lol oh, maybe i should've elaborated. I wrapped the black center with black metallic vinyl to match the other trim i did in that same black vinyl. I also wrapped the small black part on the vents where the lil wheels are.

also added a "jeep" decal under the vinyl right under the radio bar thats blank.

Re: My mods

some installed pics

decided to remove the vinyl from the bar in between the radio, climate controls and also the vents. Didn't really like how it looked installed. I'm kind of liking this look better. I'll keep it for a few days and see how i like it

also got these in the mail today. going to end up changing the front badge to black and i think i'll put the color matching hemi badge on the lift gate.

Since yours is white, it wouldn't be that hard to match it. I would think.
I've purchased a few sample squares from 3M of varying shades of white when I was looking to possibly do the mirrors. Wasn't overly happy with the match though; it was close but you could tell they were different shades. Gave up after 2-3 samples. Maybe I'll look again at some other brands once the handles get here.

Ahh I see. I'm still waiting for the vinyl to come in. I think I'm just going to end up going with the black color but I still want to see how close the color will be once I wrap one

I don't think the black will look bad since there will be other black accents.

So the handles came in yesterday and I just placed them over the drive door to get an idea on the look. I honestly don't hate the stock gloss black look against the white... They actually cover the handles quite well - the previous photos were quite accurate. When you are looking at the car head on, you don't see much chrome besides the key holes (which is chrome on any model). If you stand directly above the handles, as if you were getting in the car, you will see the chrome on the back. However, factoring in $40 for these covers or $300+ for handles + installation $$ (if you get it done by a shop), these might work for now...

Put two pics down below, don't mind the filthy Jeep . It's crazy windy here today so this was the best I could do just resting the covers on the handles. I'll have to think about it and maybe prop them up with some tape before I use the 3M tape provided.

That looks good man. If you put some black strips of vinyl where the chrome shows it will complete the look better. Thats what i'll be doing. I also just bought some extra double sided 3m tape to put a little more on the inside sides of the handles so its a little more sturdy.

your jeep needs the black grand cherokee lettering on the sides

I'm thinking about redoing the vinyl on the window trim to satin black. just waiting on the samples to come in.
