My Wk2 so far

Hello all. here are some crappy pics of my jeep so far. Fairly standard stuff.
20" Overland Summit wheels
Chrome Fog Bezels
Sill plates
Auto Climate control
stainless foot pedals
Husky weatherbeater floor liners
Katzkin leather, dark graphite, red inserts, red contrast stitching and jeep logo front and back seats. the color looks a lot lighter in the pics due to the flash.
Will take better pics in better lighting when I have a chance. Will post what I have available now.

Mopar cost for katzkin is 1365 if you go to the mopar site. That's MSRP though. I was able to get it for 200 off that plus taxes installed. So 1165. However this also included the contrast stitching, red inserts and embroidered jeep logo front and back seats.

I priced out the kit online at ShopSar with all the options I got and the kit alone was almost 1100. So I feel I got a good deal plus it's added to my vin#

Thanks a lot guys. They look even better in person. I was a bit concern about not going with Black, but the dark graphite seems to match the Dash and plastic parts of the door panels fairly well. Wife also wasn't too keen on going with black.

Future Mods include the Overland Chrome Grill, 430 Media center radio, Front lower bumper chrome piece and whatever else money and the wife will allow LOL

PS... Scott, not sure if you guys want to move this to the member show off or build section of the forum.

Re: My Wk2 so far

I have a question for you guys. What's the easiest way to remove the center armrest?
I would eventually like to have it upholstered to match the Katzkin color plus the red stitching. I looked at Wk2 jeeps at the interior trim removal PDF but it only shows how to remove the whole center console. I would like to prevent having to do that if possible.

Thanks.

Re: My Wk2 so far

man your seats are sharp! I'm not brave enough to that. I'm going to Black with some shade of grey (I haven't figured out which one yet) and some piping I think. Or theres a color called Oyester that matches the headliner perfectly so I'd do black and the oyster. Decisions, Decisions.
