Re: New Garvin Roof Rack

Wahoo,

Any status up date. Did you get the lights hooked up? Where did you mount the switch? Where did you run the wires? Any new pics? Hows it holding up?

Thanks for any info. Looks killer I am glad you went ahead and helped out for R&D and found a new part for the WK2. I think its the best looking rack so far

Thank you. Yes, I had them wired through a local stereo shop, SD Car Stereo. They charged $250 in labor and did a great job, I had been quoted as much at $900 from ORW. They drilled a hole in the roof right by the antena and installed a quick disconnect in case I ever take off the rack. They installed the switches in the center console. I'll post some pics soon, I am adding a few other things to the rack as well. It has been holding up great!

Nice, I actually used Park Mode to get into a parking structure the other day. Made my day, haha.

Not bad, the lights help cut down some of the noise. I usually have my stereo playing so I don't even notice it.

Re: New Garvin Roof Rack

One more question.
With your high-lift jack, where do you lift from?
