thinking of taking the plunge. all the plastic racks out there are just not attractive nor sturdy:

That link is now broken. Curly's post was from 2011.

I'm interested in the work that wahoo did to his rig - pictures are at the top of this thread. But for the rock sliders I find it hard to believe that current pricing for the Mopar is $1,189 (!) , while for Rocky Road they're less than half that price, $400 and $500 depending on which kit you order.

Really??? Why such the big price difference?
