I know they are not rock rails but how would the running boards hold up if you were to high center the jeep?

Re: New molded running board

They would be torn off, or similar, or worse.

@ be_prepared those look very similar to mine. But I have the Crome trim off to the sides. Also mine come out a little more for stepping. Not sure what happened to my pictures though lol

You suffer from Vertical Camera Syndrome.
I can help, this needs to be cured. This doubly applies to any video you are shooting with your phone.

Re: New molded running board

I'm just glad I posted those pictures of the steps a while ago instead of now... if you saw what 3 weeks of snow storms and salt could do to a black Jeep... it's not pretty... then again, it's a JEEP! (They like getting a little dirty right?) When we have a day above freezing, I try to run her thru a touch-less wash, and wipe her down with detailing spray, but she'll need a good detailing this spring. The running boards do seem to reduce the splashing of slush onto the sides of the GC. (I have the mud guards too.)

It's been fun on some of these snowstorms seeing how she handles the conditions. Only had to use the recovery strap once this winter, but it was fun pulling my neighbors rice burner pickup back onto the road! Cost him a couple beers.
