I'm not here to bust anyone's chops, but yes it is, whether you perceive it as such or not. Factory tint on the rear is 35%. You've put 5% on top of that making it effectively 2% tint. Tint is measure in Visible Light Transmission (VLT), so you're only allowing 2% of the visible light through, which means you can only see 2% of what you could normally see on an un-tinted window. Not a huge deal on the back windows, where safety is concerned, but it IS "that dark".
And while I'm being the tint nazi, 20% on the windshield and front windows is risky. Unlike the back windows where it's not a huge deal if you can see out of them, the fronts, and windshield matter. Only being able to see 20% through the windshield is very risky.
Again I wasn't intending to bash your mod, which is why I didn't say any of that in the first place. It does look good, but it is dark. Yes it looks darker from the outside than the inside (tint always does), but the fact remains that it only allows 20% of the visible light through the lightest windows.
Just be careful out there. Just because you haven't had an issue before, doesn't mean you'll avoid one in the future. If you do happen to get into a crash (no matter how minor), lawyer up immediately because you're gonna need it if the other driver notices how dark those windows are.
