New to me 2013 Grand Cherokee Laredo

I just got this truck but it came with the Halogen headlights. I was wondering how would I go about adding HID's? Do I really need the projector headlights to have HID's? If so how much have you guys been paying for this upgrade?

Please don't!
HID bulbs need to be in HID headlights.
If you put HID bulbs in normal halogen/reflector head lights you will only end up blinding all oncoming traffic.

The 'arc' of the HID is NOT in the same location as the filament of the halogen bulb and therefore will not reflect/project the light properly.

Eventhough I share Todd 3.6's opinion on using headlight designed for HID, The halogen headlight are not that bad when it comes to adding just a HID kit.

If you decide to go with the OEM set up just PM me and I can get you a set of adapters. There used to be an abundance of OEM bi-xenon headlights on ebay but they are harder to come by now in good condition and Mopar had incrementally increased the pricing on a lot of the replacement parts.

So I would suggest you do some pricing of components.
