Not seeing what your point is here, but I appreciate your review of your experience with them that you previously posted.

I just wish we all got as lucky as you.

Re: New Upgraded Headlights

Man I just spent an hour and a half reading all these post. Having the intentions of seeing some cool headlights installed. And instead got tied up in reading about company reviews.

Good stuff posted here though it sucks the one company stopped building headlights for our vehicles.

Re: New Upgraded Headlights

Has anyone actually figured out how to make the light output better on the srt? My wife's 2009 bmw puts it to shame, but then again I just installed clear projector lenses.

Re: New Upgraded Headlights

i knew it! i didnt even need to read past the first page to know this wasnt going to work... anyone that says they can build a plug and play system (hid's) w/o problems is lyin! i spent $1500 on my Ram with RETROSHOP! they were a joke. didnt send the right stuff, one thing after another. i cant tell you how bad it was, and this guy had done any of them! they never worked properly. EVER! not only that, but after a while meaning almost 6 months of BS, he started to ignore emails, etc.... i finally gave up. his last remark was, yeah we been having problems with the 2012's.... good gravy, tell me truth, be a man, i can handle the bad news, just dont treat me like i'm a fooo! that was the most expensive useless thing ive ever done on any of my vehicles! so, unless its factory hid's? dont change em. there are bulbs out there that make better light, are more sharp and crisp. so dont do this!
= retroshop & any other person that says their stuff is bullet proof!

Re: New Upgraded Headlights

^ Basically my sentiments exactly.

And for an update, the second shop that has had the TLF lights since the first attempted install is still yet to get anything done and I completely gave up staying in touch with them. Didn't want to waste another penny on a place that could care less about my business, so I'm making upgrades elsewhere.

It's a shame though. Really would've been stoked to have some better light, but not for this much trouble.

Re: New Upgraded Headlights

^ sorry man. that sucks. i had the same issues and of course was ignored once they realized they couldn't do anything for my system. how bout some money back??? then they started the ignore thing. why not man up and admit it is a hit-or-miss set up??? I just bought the led headlights off ebay and ordered nokya arctic white stage 1 7000k 55 watt bulbs for lows, nokya stage 1 7000k 65 watt arctic white for highs, and bought the nokya yellow bulbs for the fogs... cant wait to try em out. all in all I spent $340. i believe this will work great. i will post pics in a couple of weeks. sorry for your misfortune...
