I know refunds can take a while to go through, but the transaction always appears right away in my experience. And that's not the case here. It just hasn't been deposited back yet, even though he said I'd see it first thing Monday.

Hope they're honest enough to follow through. I've been pretty nice and patient throughout this process and I'm starting to lose it. I'm sure you're in a similar headspace yourself.

Can always call you credit card company and dispute the charge. That's what I'll be doing if my order didn't come through.

From previous experience, if you want to file a credit card claim, you have to ship and have proof that you sent the lamps back. If you do that Visa will rule on your favor right away.

wow f this lighting firm company, ive been in email contact with them just pretending im gonna order the headlights, i asked bout why yours didnt work and they said its trial and error, the guy he brought it too didnt know what he was doing, blaming it you and the installer basically, f them

Your emailing with them and asking questions about me isn't helping at all. So keep me out of your conversation with them please. I don't need your opinion being shared as well, which is probably only hurting me and prolonging this issue.

I appreciate your attempt to help, but basically pestering them with emails when you aren't even interested in the lights anymore is completely pointless and not helping in any way.

So please just let me get this resolved before it becomes even more of a shi*show.

After asking about my order two days ago, I got a email they were shipped yesterday. I had to email back asking for a tracking #. We shall see, should relieve by Tuesday!

Finally got the return handled from TLF. They stood by their word.

Now, onto getting these lights the way I want. Will report back soon.

My lights are scheduled to be delivered Tommorow. My setup is a little different hoe I don't have issues with the install.

I hope so too. But I have a feeling you won't because they already did some the same way for LuxMan and it sounded like his went in without any problems.
