Not another LED headlight accent thread!

So I see another WK2 and his LED accents were on, then his headlights go on and the led s goes off?
I have mine turned off in the menu but they still come on with the headlights.
How can I keep them off all the time?

Re: Not another LED headlight accent thread!

I have never turned mine off since I love how they look, but if they go on with the headlights I would find that very weird. I guess I could go in the garage and see what mine does. I'll report back.

Re: Not another LED headlight accent thread!

they will come on dimply with the parking lights regardless of your uconnect setting. They are wired internally to function that way.

The uconnect setting is only applying the full intensity setting during the day.

I thought they are supposed to be this way. I wish mine didn't work like the guy I saw yesterday. ..I really don't like them

This sounds right. I have a 1st gen WK but my 300 works as you described and the design of the lights are very similar.
