I need to pick up a set of Husky's for my 2013. Have the jeep ones now and I have worn a hole in the drivers side.

Just another reason I'm glad I had time to return them.

I chose the husky liners over the weathertechs because they completely covered the dead pedal whereas the weathertechs did not.

I chose the Husky Weatherbeaters for my '14 Overland. I had the Weathertecs in my '02 Overland & after a year they started to bend up at the edges. They looked like sh*t!!

Yeah I hear a lot of this happening. I honestly read through a couple hundred reviews on the husky ones and didn't see anything that turned me away. I'm always open to trying new brands. My husky mats should be here in a few hours as long as the mail man doesn't get lost.

Update:

Got the husky liners in. First impression is the flexibility is greater and should contour much better. Also the sides are taller and should reach areas of protection that the factory mats missed. Finally the biggest difference is the tears. They go way farther uber the seats than the moose mats. So far very happy. Going to go out them in now. ImageUploadedByJeepGarage1456163068.491666.jpg

Love these things so far. so nice. Love how the rubber caps suck down over the factory hooks rather than holes they lock into. Also the meterial is soft and sticks so well against the carpet. Also the tears feel secure, I took out the rear oem ones but might put them back in to see if they are meant to be in or not.

Looking at the Husky X-Act fit

https://www.huskyliners.com/X-act-Co...grand-cherokee

I have a couple of questions:

They are showing 3 hooks on the passenger side. I thought there was 2??? Maybe just a representative picture on their site?

Someone said complete dead pedal coverage??? Do 2015's come with a dead pedal? If so I want one badly for my 2014. Hate having my foot flat on the floor.

Now also wondering if the X-Act fit will fit over top of the above dead pedal?

3 holes as early wk2's had one hook, later have 2. Thus it fits both pre and post refresh models. Dead pedal? Not really, but certainly not flat on floor.

The connections having three holes caught me off guard at first sight. The way they connect is freaking way beyond how the others do.

Instead of having holes where you have to risk pulling them out of the carpet, they are basically Abe Lincoln hats that are loose then tighten at the top. When you put pressure down on them they deal up inside nicely. They are not actual holes so you do not have to worry about water or mud getting lodged down inside there.

Overall I am BEYOND happy with these floor mats. I absolutely despised my jeep ones.

They were thick, not very flexible, the large grooves were noisy with my wet shoes and most of all didn't offer any coverage for dirt and water. And they didn't fit do to re design of mid year 2015 GC

Hope that helps

Re: OEM Jeep Slush floor mats not very good :/

Picked up a set of the OEM slush mats for $50. I can see why people prefer the husky mats but for the price I think I got a good deal. I like how it covers the dead pedal and if you work the mat just right, you can tuck it right under the sidewall trim.

I've included pictures of the Slush mat coverage vs the stock mats and how they look in the jeep.
