Re: Opt 7 Fogs

I need to ask again. Anyone have any trouble with the company Opt7? I ordered from their website and they didn't work for me. I emailed them several times and called them and no answer either way. I called Chase to open a dispute. They were fast to take my money and send the product but nothing the other way.

Re: Opt 7 Fogs

You know, when they say it would take a certain number of hours, or days to get back to you, they mean it. You are not their only customer and they have excellent ratings on Amazon. We are not the only two unlucky folks out there. But it seems you no longer are interested in really diagnosing the issue to point out the defect.

And how did you call them? In December they did not have a listed phone number.

I had no problems with them, they fulfilled the warranty without questions.

Re: Opt 7 Fogs

Hi everyone, I see some people having trouble with the opt7 kit, I personally have them installed in my 15 Overland and they work great. I ordered them from Amazon. I did a thread on this some time ago and put up pictures
