No sarcasm, just noticed you have red all over your engine bay now.. I would have removed the engine cover, parked the car outside, and taped it off good..

But thats just my .02..

dude, I painted the cover 20 feet away from the car, and the hood was closed while it was parked in my garage. dude.

the paint from automotivetouchup.com holds up perfect to heat. Ive used it for yearson many different projects/vehicles! Any good automative quality paint and clear willbe fine in the engine bay with the proper prep etc.

The paint is still looking good, i checked it last night. ran my hand pver the cover and no flakes. I think this stuff should stick better to the metal calipers better than the plastic cover, and it's working out well on that.

Rocky31186, it's just dirt.
