I would assume they can order it painted already. Im not too sure on the Wk2's but for the WK1s we can order em already painted...but $$ goes up a bit. I would think it'll be the same for the wk2s.
But even if you can order em, the stealership will rip you a new 1.

I painted all the moldings on my 2011 limited and it turned out really nice. My brother in law runs a body shop so he had his guys do it for me and it only cost me 300. They do a light sand use good primer and a couple of paint coats.

One thing to keep in mind is all those parts come off easily the only problem is if you break the rivets their expensive to replace. My brother in law said their up to 5 bucks each. Good luck.

Buying the paintable wheel flares aren't too expensive. I have done this already, check out my thread: 2014 Painted Wheel Flares on my 2011

Re: Painted wheel well trim

Yeah the wheel wells aren't bad. It is the rocker, front and rear bumper that bring the parts up to $1000+

I paid about $170 for the rear lower from the 2014 overland. The rockers shouldn't be to much, the SRT8 ones are around $300. As for the front, well there's no solution for that. So yeah, $1000+ but it does beat the $4000 o so for the srt8 parts.

Re: Painted wheel well trim

I called Justforjeeps to see if they had the 2014 Overland rockers which are paintable and will fit on 2011 and up models. He gave me the part numbers and prices, they were affordable . They were currently not available at the time but here ya go:

The Overland Rocker Moldings, Item # 5PU65TZZAB (Passenger Side), 5PU66TZZAB (Driver Side) and Plastic Rivets (6500911 - Qty12), retail for $350.00, Sale price is $280.00.

Fyi... never buy oem rivets. They are like $4 or $5 each. Clipsandfasteners.com has them at $9 (includes shipping) for a bag of 25. Just4Jeeps has comparable rivets cheap also.

Does the front lower work on 2011-2013? Maybe I'm missing something, does anybody have a pic of that?
