Do you have any pics you could share of the Silverstars?

I like the overall look of the bulbs...definitely much closer to the closer of HID. The brightness is still not the best (I had HIDs in my last car and it's a big difference going back to halogen). But overall, I like the color/look. Might upgrade to LEDs down the road.

BTW, what a PITA it is to change the bulbs on these headlights. I was expecting a much quicker/easier process.

Not sure if you can really tell in the pic, but I figured I'd post it so you can see what they look like.

Just curious if you have had any heat related issues with these bulbs so far. I've been thinking about installing the Philips Diamonds in my fog lights to better match my HID's and led DRL's. Theres a you-tube video that shows the Philips Diamonds heat up to about 150 degrees, as compared to 125 degrees for stock bulbs and I have no idea if that is enough of a temp increase to cause any damage or not.

I've had them in for a couple months and no heat issues that I've noticed so far.

Do you still have the Phillips on your Jeep? How do you like them? Any additional comments?

Yes I still have them. They have been working well, no issues so far. They are not any brighter than stock, which I was hoping they would be. So really it's just a better color than the standard halogen bulbs. If I had to do it over, I'd go with LED headlights for both color and brightness. The install is a pain because the space is so tight, so I just leave these ones in there.

I run these in my fogs and they are good. You should really consider just getting the ddm tuning plus kit for 2015 mopars. They are not not much more difficult to install than just bulbs and work flawlessly.

Just a quick heads up...Guy I work with used to be an auto mechanic. Heard I was looking for replacement bulbs. Gave me this site that charges literally a fraction of what most places do...

http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/H1-13x5050LED

You just need to know specifically what bulbs you're looking for.
