I will get them on this weekend and post a pic. : ) Been meaning to, but no one rides in my back seat, so I have been putting it off.

Did you have a chance to install the rears this weekend ? I am about to order some but would like to see how the rears look. Thanks again for your help with this.

Well I JUST got them on, I ended up being a lot busier than I thought I was going to be last weekend. I have some good news on the installation part of it though. They supply 3M fasteners with the door pads but I find that 3M Command Picture and Frame hangers work just as well (also Velcro like). There was something about the 3M they supplied that seemed to be really permanent, and I want the option to take these off without seeing where they were on the plastic. Also to get the 3M pads they supplied off I think I would have to use some kind of adhesive remover to totally remove them. When I compared their fasteners to the 3M picture hanging fasteners the "cling" you get to the back of the door pads seems the same to me. I assume I will need to replace these a couple times a year because the heat will affect the 3M command strips but I'm okay with that. I need to get some black ones though as you can see a few of them from the top. One word of warning though make sure you do not get the fasteners anywhere near the front of the pads! They will really cling to it. I was able to pull them off but it really snags the front of the pad. I was able trim off the fibers of the pad that were pulled up with a scissor and you can't even tell it happened.

One other thing I did was to cover a little black metal clip that's on the edge of all the pads. I simply used a really thin felt pad because I thought if someone scraped against it, it might scratch the plastic behind it.

Attached are pics of the install.

Good luck!

Sat in Jeep, cranked stereo (Juke Box Hero, gotta love the oldies, yeah I am oldish) and listened while flipping cover off and on. There might be a very very small difference. And only if you were listening specifically for it. I'd say go for it! Put them on with 3M Command and test it yourself. If it bothers you I am sure you could sell them, but I don't think it will.

Some fabric will let sound pass through efficiently and this fabric is very lightweight.
