question/

I just purchased my 2014 JGC altitude and was wondering if the dome lights can be completely turned off.

in my previous car I would disable the interior lights from turning on when I open the doors.

Re: question/

On my 2012 the dial on the dash to the left of the steering wheel can control this. The dial controls the intensity of the dash/radio lighting but if you put it all the way to the dimmest it keeps the dome lights off but the dash lighting very low.

Re: question/

I was having trouble with this as well. As mentioned above, put the light dial all the way down, that should turn it off. I believe it is called "party mode"

Re: question/

awesome! great it works , would have been nice to have a cut off button vs having to completely dim the dash like "time to nap mode " :-p

+1 There are many times that doors or lift gates remain open on and SUV.
