Question for Wiring Pro's

I want to make my rear LED tail light ring flash for my Volunter FD role. Exactly like the video below (shown starting at :37)

Does anyone know how complicated it would be to wire up? I have found the flasher relay and its instructions below. The instructions dont look too difficult but I have minimal electrical experience (aka zero).

Would this throw any error codes?

Re: Question for Wiring Pro's

I think they are using a hide a way led in the tail lights. I am going to be installing the the Whelen Vertex led hide a way in my fogs and reverse lights. This is a link to Whelen's site. Vertex™ - Whelen Engineering Automotive Hope this helps you out.

Re: Question for Wiring Pro's

I contacted the company that did the install (ultra bright lightz, based out of NY) and they gave me the flasher unit that they used. No bulbs.

They are utilizing the LED tail light ring. Similar to many of the Chargers for law enforcement. They stated they utilized the flasher listed above for the rear tail lights.
