Rear Fogs Installed

Finally got a chance to put in my rear fogs. I had looked at the kit from one of the on-line vendors, but $350 seemed a little high for this mod. I picked up a set of rear fog housings on Ebay, a nice set of bulbs from Vleds, and a really nice harness from our very own Jeep_addicted. That brought the total down to under $225. I could have got it even lower with a set of bulbs off Ebay or Amazon, but decided to go with the known quality of Vleds bulbs. I'm very happy with the way everything came out. The harness from Jeep_addicted is incredible, very professional work. Thanks again for all or help! I have them set up as brake/turn signal only right now. Not sure if I will make them come on with the parking lights.

Re: Rear Fogs Installed

I've been lazy getting the bulbs and trying to find a weekend where I actually have time to do it. Hopefully I'll be able to get the bulk of it done tomorrow and get the bulbs ordered. Been traveling a lot for work the last few weeks.

Re: Rear Fogs Installed

installation literally could be done on 20 minutes for a first timer.

you could even mount the resistor then when you are ready to install just plug it in.

tools needed are basically a flat head screw driver or a trim removal tool.

It's a nice little mod that really makes people look twice.

I may have to start asking for commissions
